NRN Infrastructure appointed Nepal SBI Merchant Banking as its share registrar

KATHMANDU:NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited has appointed Nepal SBI Merchant Banking as its share registrar.

During a ceremony, Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited's Managing Director and CEO, Lekhnath Pokhrel, and NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited's CEO, Hemant Basyal, inked an agreement about the share registrar.

After being appointed share registrar, Nepal SBI Merchant Banking will now be in charge of keeping records of the company's securities transactions, filing cancellations, namesari, mortgagors, DMAT, and so on.

On March 31, 2069, NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited was officially registered in the company registrar's office. Since then, the company has been involved in investments in a range of hydropower, tourism, hotel, insurance, and communication projects.
