TIA resumes following Saurya plane crash; flights resume
KATHMANDU, July 24:Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), which was closed after a Saurya Airlines plane crashed, has resumed operations.
Bhutan Airlines' flight, which had been held in the sky for a while, has finally landed. Saurya's 9N-AME plane was involved in an accident on Wednesday at 11:11 a.m.
The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) confirmed that 18 individuals died in the tragedy. The pilot was hurt. He is currently receiving treatment at KMC Hospital.
