Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Introduces QR code for loan applications

KATHMANDU:Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank customers can now apply for loans using a QR code. The bank launched this solution to make its services more digitally accessible and automated.

Customers who want to apply for a loan through this service can do so by scanning the QR code found on the bank's official website, social media networks, all branch offices, and newspapers.

According to the bank, once the consumer has applied, the personnel of the branch office will call the branch office chosen by the customer to expedite the loan procedure.

The bank serves around 7 lakh customers through 103 branch offices across the country.
