Garima Bikas Bank launched an international QR payment service

KATHMANDU:Garima Bikas Bank Limited has launched an international QR payment facility. The bank, in collaboration with Fone Pay, launched an international QR payment facility that targets Indian tourists, which will provide payment services through QR merchants.

Indian clients can use the service to make payments at various business locations in Nepal by scanning the bank's QR code using payment service providers such as BHIM UPI and Phone Pe.

The Bank anticipates that this type of service will have a significant impact on Nepal's economic and tourism development.

The bank currently offers financial services through 123 branches, one extension counter, and 51 ATMs.
