Vijay Nanmaran appointed as General Manager of Mercure Kathmandu
KATHMANDU, Aug 15:Mr. Vijay Nanmaran has been appointed General Manager of Mercure Kathmandu, Nepal's first hotel to be built in collaboration with the Accor Group. The hotel's owner, Mr. Desh Bandhu Basnet (Ajit), welcomed him as general manager.
The renowned Accor Group and "The Metropolitan Hotel Pvt Ltd" are working together to construct a five-star hotel in Sukedhara, Kathmandu. The under-construction hotel will be operated under the brand name 'Mercure Kathamadau'.
The hotel family believes that Mr. Vijay Nanmaran's background and acumen will contribute to the provision of first-rate guest services at Mercure Kathmandu and fortify the bond between lodging establishments and guests.
Mercure Kathmandu is a five-star hotel. The hotel will have 110 rooms.
