NMB Capital has been appointed as the issue and sales manager for the Hotel Sabrina's IPO.

KATHMANDU, July 15:Hotel Sabrina Limited is planning an IPO. NMB Capital has been appointed as the company's sales manager for the IPO.

Nirajan Thapa, the hotel's founder and chairman, and Dipesh Kumar Vaidya, CEO of NMB Capital, have signed a contract to choose the sales manager.

The company operates Hotel Sabrina in Budhanilkanth, Kathmandu. The hotel is administered under Royal Orchid Hotel's 'Regenta Place' brand.
