Shah CEO of Himalayan Everest Insurance relieved of his post

KATHMANDU:Vijay Bahadur Shah, the CEO of Himalayan Everest Insurance, has been relieved of his post. Shah was appointed CEO of the company on February 13, 2022, for a four-year term.

The company's board of directors met on Wednesday and resolved to relieve CEO Shah of his duties, starting June 27. 

In addition, the company's press release stated that Deputy Chief Executive Officer Anju Shrestha will serve as Acting Chief Executive Officer until further notice.
