Laxmi Sunrise Capital appointed as issue and sales manager for United Ajod Insurance's right share

KATHMANDU:United Ajod Insurance will issue rights shares. The company appointed Laxmi Sunrise Capital as the issuing and selling manager for the issuance of 15% of its current paid-up capital. These two organizations have inked an agreement to issue rights shares.

The agreement was inked by Insurance CEO Shrawan Rawal and Laxmi Sunrise Capital CEO Bijaya lal Shrestha.
