Agreement between Nexgen Management and Hotel Seven
KATHMANDU, June 24:Sauraha's Hotel Seven will be upgraded to five stars. The currently operating 2-star hotel will be upgraded to a 5-star level with further investment.
Hotel Seven, which opened in 2067 BS in Sauraha, Chitwan, sits on 52 acres of land. Currently, the hotel has 48 rooms, a separate restaurant, a swimming pool, and three conference halls.
Nexgen Management and Sauraha's Hotel Seven have inked an agreement to provide financial consultancy and management services in order to raise hotel investment.
The agreement was signed by the hotel's president, Hari Prasad Pathak, and Nexgen Management's president, Ramesh Kumar Bhattarai.
In the coming year, the hotel plans to add 30 new rooms, a seminar halls, a gym club, and a continental restaurant.
Hari Prasad Pathak, president of the hotel, stated that the hotel's president intends to bring in more founding stockholders and raise funds by issuing shares to the general public as the hotel's infrastructure is expanded.
Nexgen Management Solutions Pvt Ltd will act as a consultant to change the hotel's current capital structure, convert it into a limited company, manage the necessary resources, conduct business planning, market the hotel, and issue shares to the general public.
