HS India launched a four-star hotel, Lord's Plaza, in Kathmandu

KATHMANDU, June 15:Lord's Plaza, a four-star hotel, has opened in Bouddha Tushal. HS India, an Indian public limited company, has launched its third chain with a Kathmandu hotel.

The company has opened a hotel with 60 rooms on a three-ropani plot, aimed primarily at Indian tourists. "Keeping in mind the demand of tourists coming from India, we have expanded the service," said Shailej N. Teri, Lord's Plaza's regional head for Nepal.

A 6,000 square feet banquet hall is also available at the hotel. The swimming pool is set to open in a few months.

Guests can see the Boudha stupa from 70% of the hotel's rooms. The hotel has collaborated with Casino Pride to provide casino services. The company is also planning to expand its services to Lumbini, Pokhara, Nepalgunj, and Chitwan over the next four months.

The company started its service in Nepal in 2019 from Diyalo Lords Plaza in Birgunj. Lords opened Lords Eco Inn Kathmandu in Mahankal in 2020.

HS India is currently operating 60 hotels in three countries, with another 12 pipeline.
