Himalayan Life Insurance marks 16th anniversary with nationwide charitable campaigns

KATHMANDU:Himalayan Life Insurance Limited has organized various charitable program in all seven states to mark its 16th anniversary. On this occasion, the company distributed  food and stationery to students from various ashrams and schools.

The company stated in Koshi that it distributed stationery to Purbanchal Balsewa Ashram, construction materials to Birateshwar Old Age Home, educational materials to the children of Namaste Bal and Birtamod's Old Age Home, and meals to the aged. 

In Madhesh Province, food was served at Ramjanki Old Age Home in Janakpur, Bhubaneswari Old Age Home in Bardibas, and Manab Sewa Ashram in Birganj.

Similarly, in Bagmati Province, food was distributed at Gokarna Disabled Rehabilitation Center, educational materials were distributed at Ramjanaki Ashram in Chitwan Devghat, and it is said that in Gandaki Province, food was served at Baglung Manab Sewa Ashram, stationery was distributed to students of Lamjung School in Lamjung Benisahar, and food was distributed to World Age Home in Pokhara.

Food distribution to the disabled at Butwal ashram, food distribution to the elderly at Neelsagar Seva Ashram in Nepalgunj, Palpa, and Ghorahi, and a feeding program at Kailash Ashram in Kapilvastu have all been accomplished in Lumbini Province.

Similarly, food was served at the Manab Sewa Ashram in Surkhet, Karnali Province. According to the company, food and stationery goods were distributed to Sahara Ghar in Tikapur, Ugratara Sanskrit School in Dadeldhura, School in Jhalari, and the Family Children's Home in Dhangadhi, all in Sudurpaschim Province.
