Rescue of an Austrian Citizen from Fewa Lake

POKHARA, June 01:Police have rescued an Austrian citizen from Fewa Lake in Pokhara.

Laura, 27, was rescued from the lake by a joint team of Kaski police and the Armed Police Force.

Laura, who was boating, was unable to reach the shore on Thursday evening owing to a storm. After receiving the information, a team from Ward Police Office Baidam and the Armed Police Force Nepal No. 24 Battalion Headquarters rescued her.
