Kumari Capital appointed as issue manager for Guardian Micro Life Insurance
KATHMANDU:Guardian Micro Life Insurance Limited will launch an IPO for the general public. The company plans to issue 22 lakh 50 thousand ordinary shares to the general public for 100 rupees per share.
Kumari Capital Limited has been appointed as the securities issuance and sales manager for the initial public offering (IPO).
The agreement was signed by Chirayu Bhandari, CEO of Guardian Micro Life Insurance Limited, and Pushpa Sharma, CEO of Kumari Capital.
Guardian Micro Life Insurance is Nepal's first micro-life insurance firm to issue policies using digital technology. There are more than 14,000 policyholders and over 500 agents. The company operates 26 offices throughout the country, including the central office, branches, sub-branches, and extension counters.
