Agreement between Kumari Capital and Himal Water Park and Village Resort

KATHMANDU, May 24:Kumari Capital Limited and Himal Water Park and Village Resort have reached an agreement. According to the agreement, Capital will provide services up to the hotel's initial public offering and listing. 

Sunil Kumar Khaitan, the hotel owner, and Pushpa Sharma, CEO of Kumari Capital, inked the agreement. 

Himal Water Park and Village Resort is said to be operating under the franchise of the Indian chain Hotel Clark Resort in order to increase Nepal's foreign exchange reserves by promoting tourism growth. This hotel is open after gaining four-star approval from the  department of tourism.
