Citizens Bank customers gets 10% discount at Neuro Cardio Hospital in Biratnagar

KATHMANDU:Citizens Bank International Limited has inked a memorandum of understanding with Biratnagar-based Neuro Cardio and Multispecialty Hospital to offer special discounts to Citizens Bank customers.

After signing the MoU, Citizens Bank cardholders and mobile banking users would receive up to 10% discounts on Neuro Cardio and Multispecialty Hospital services. The bank feels that this type of partnership will benefit its consumers and push them to switch from cash to digital transactions.

The bank has periodically introduced customer-friendly features to enhance the use of digital banking and encourage consumers to make payments digitally.

The Citizens Bank website provides information about the discounts available for digital transactions.

Citizens Bank serves 1.74 million customers nationwide through 190 branches, 153 ATMs, and 98 branchless banking units.

Citizens Bank, which presently serves 55 districts, said that it will expand to 60 districts in the coming fiscal year by opening 7 more branches.
