Muktinath Bikas Bank's tree plantation program

KATHMANDU:Muktinath Bikas Bank Ltd.'s social responsibility program, the greenery campaign, has contributed to promote environmental balance and combat climate change.

The bank planted around 250 lemon plants in Ward 7 and Patenagi Ward 1 of Ilam Municipality in Ilam District, as well as 100 lemon plants in Kisannagar Ward 6 of Bardibas Municipality in Mahottari District.

The bank had organized the program for the promotion of greenery. Bank employees, campaigners, and residents were present at the event.

Furthermore, to encourage digital transactions, the bank has arranged for users to withdraw money for free from any ATM affiliated with other banks in Nepal using its own ATM card.
