Journalist Phurpa Sherpa successfully ascended Lobuche Peak

KATHMANDU, May 22:Phurpa Sherpa, a journalist, has successfully ascended Lobuche peak, which is 5,119 meters high on Tuesday morning.

Sherpa ascended Lobuche Peak through Pioneer Adventures. Nurbu Sherpa, Sherpa's guide, supported him in climbing Lobuche. 

Last year, Phurpa Sherpa successfully ascended Mount Elbrus, Russia's highest mountain in Europe. Sherpa has been conducting tourism journalism.
