Rajendra Malla appointed as Chairman of Prabhu Insurance

KATHMANDU:Rajendra Malla has been appointed as chairman of Prabhu Insurance. At Prabhu Insurance's 28th Annual General Meeting, Malla was appointed Chairman. Malla is also president of the Non-Life Insurance Practitioners Association.

Mijas Bhattachan, Rahul Thokar Lama, and Shanta Gautam were appointed as insurance members on behalf of the directors. Similarly, Rameshwar Sapkota and Sange Lama were appointed on behalf of the common shareholders.

Malla, a former chairman of the Nepal Chamber of Commerce, has extensive experience in the non-life business sector. Chairman Malla stated that he intends to implement more strategies throughout his tenure to improve Prabhu Insurance's commercial capability.
