FNCCI President Dhakal receives 'Corporate Excellence Award'

KATHMANDU:The Association of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ACAN) honored with the Corporate Excellence Award on Chandra Prasad Dhakal, President of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI).

President Ramchandra Paudel awarded the medal to Dhakal at a ceremony in Kathmandu on Thursday.

President Dhakal has received recognition for his contributions to the country's economy, physical and human development, job creation, and social and economic development, according to the ACAN.

He began his life and schooling in a rural environment in western Nepal and has since built a successful empire in finance, trade, industry, banking, shipping, tourism, hydropower, insurance, and social services. The honor has been bestowed upon him in recognition of his enthusiasm, dedication, competence, and talent in the country's economy, physical and human development, employment, and the creation, upliftment, and operation of numerous sectors, according to the congratulatory letter.

President Dhakal stated that he will hold himself more accountable in the future.
