LS Capital to provide corporate advisory services for Sunrise Holdings

KATHMANDU:LS Capital and Sunrise Holdings Private Limited reached an agreement to provide corporate consultancy services. LS Capital CEO Bijaylal Shrestha and Sunrise Holdings Private Limited Executive Chairman Subhash Amatya signed the agreement during a program at Sunrise Holdings Private Limited's corporate office in Kamaladi.

According to the agreement, LS Capital will provide corporate consulting services to Sunrise Holdings Pvt Ltd and will complete all essential work for the initial public offering (IPO).

Sunrise Holdings Private Limited, established in 2014, aims to strategically invest in government primary areas such as hydropower, transportation, agriculture, and tourism.

The paid-up capital of the company is 42 crore rupees. LS Capital, a wholly owned subsidiary of Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited, has a significant position in the merchant banking industry.  As a licensed merchant banker, Capital offers comprehensive merchant banking services.
