Resunga is an area with significant potential for tourism: Prime Minister Dahal

KATHMANDU, May 09:Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has stated that Resunga has enormous potential for religious and environmental tourism. Prime Minister Dahal addressed the 'Jaun Hida Resunga' event, stating that Resunga is a historical, religious, mythological, cultural, and tourist treasure.

"It is a peaceful, picturesque, holy Tapophoomi and also a religious place," stated the Prime Minister. "Resunga Yagya Sthal, Siddhasthan, Sashidhar Swamy's Ashram, Mahapokhari, Sitaram's Temple, and Mankamana Temple can be seen at the same time, so this area is suitable for religious and natural tourism." It is a location with enormous potential."

Prime Minister Dahal emphasized that all three tiers of government should be more involved in the development of the tourist sector, stating that it may be promoted and expanded in collaboration with the non-governmental and community sectors. He promised that the federal government will offer the necessary assistance for the overall development of the Resunga region.

He mentioned that the current government is working toward the goals of good governance, social fairness, and prosperity, and that tourism is a key sector of economic potential.
