Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank's Women Entrepreneur Targeted Empowerment Campaign

KATHMANDU:Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank launched a campaign to encourage women entrepreneurs in the sphere of public transportation with electric vehicles.

The keys to electric vehicles were handed out to several Dhulikhel Municipality women entrepreneurs with the main goal of 'Empowerment of Women through Green Transport'.

To meet the expanding demand and need for ecologically friendly transportation, the bank will expand this program through green loans to other municipal levels as well.

Embracing the slogan 'Sabal Bank, Safal Sahakarya', this bank has been consistently offering quality financial services to Nepalis' doorsteps for the past 29 years, with 103 branch offices around the country and approximately 7 lakh customers.
