Dream International Hotel appoints Muktinath Capital as IPO Sales Manager
KATHMANDU, April 21:Dream International Hotel decided to issue ordinary shares (IPO). Muktinath Capital has been appointed as the sales manager to carry out the IPO issue and conversion into a public company.
Mr. Gopal Rana, Chairman of Dream International Hotel, and Mr. Kabindra Dhwaja Joshi, CEO of Muktinath Capital, inked the deal at a hotel-hosted ceremony.
Gopal Rana, chairman of the hotel, announced that Dream International Hotel, under of the Dream Group, which has established a distinct character in the tourism business, is moving forward with the public share issuance procedure with the goal of connecting the general public to the tourism industry.
Chairman Rana stated that Dream International Hotel, located in Butwal, a commercial and tourist hub in western Nepal, intends to develop hotels in all seven provinces and tourist hotspots of the country, would issue an IPO shortly, and will complete the works as planned.
