"Shower Bungee" began in Pokhara

POKHARA, April 10:High Ground Adventures Nepal has launched Shower Bungee as a new tourist activity in Pokhara, the tourism capital. Dinesh Maharjan, the organization's director and chief operating officer, stated that the company is currently undertaking a variety of adventure tourism activities in Pokhara Metropolitan City's Ward No. 25 Hemja.

"Highground Adventures Nepal has started operating various activities as an adventure tourism product in Pokhara since 2012" , he explained. "At the beginning, only the zipline was started, then products like bungee, swing, and ATV were added." He stated that the operation of these activities has helped to the adventure tourism industry.

Director Maharjan stated that the Shower Bungee is the first and only one in Nepal, and that local and foreign tourists who wish to enjoy it will have a unique experience in the water fountain.

According to him, tourists who jump from 82 meters during the bungee will enjoy the water fountain after they land. Internal and external guests will have to pay NRP 6,500. Videos, photographs, and t-shirts will also be available for free with this fee. It is estimated that approximately 60 tourists can experience Shower Bungee in one day.
