Citizens Bank's Support for Raksha Nepal

KATHMANDU:Citizens Bank International has supported Raksha Nepal as part of its corporate social responsibility.

During a ceremony, Citizens Bank's Chief Executive Officer, Ganesh Raj Pokharel, handed daily food and other necessities to women and children who have taken shelter in Raksha Nepal. Pokharel spoke at the program and commended Raksha Nepal's humanitarian work.

Raksha Nepal has been offering legal support to sexually exploited girls, women, and their children, particularly those at danger of trafficking and sexual assault. Its primary purpose is to safeguard women and girls from human trafficking and sexual assault by improving their knowledge, awareness, and socioeconomic standing.
