The Soaltee Kathmandu Hotel launches Awadhi food festival
KATHMANDU:The Soaltee Kathmandu welcomed guests to the culinary world on Friday, kicking off the 10-day Awadhi cuisine festival.
According to a hotel announcement, India's star chef Anirudh Sethi will visit Kathmandu for the cuisine festival. Chef Anirudh, who has over 23 years of culinary experience, will please food enthusiasts with delicious delicacies.

The festival, which begins on Friday, promises exquisite dinners every day from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM until March 24. During this time, guests can consume their favorite Awadh cuisine. A special meal is also planned for Saturday afternoon from 12:30 to 3:30 PM.
It has been announced that this event will feature both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. It comprises the most well-known meals from Awadh. Kebabs, curries, and biryani will be served as well as other period foods.
Awadhi cuisine offers a complete dining experience, including manners, sophistication, and grandeur. Expert cooks from the royal kitchens of the Nawabs of Awadh refined the different dishes that made up the Awadhi buffet.
