Machhapuchhre Bank launches video KYC service

KATHMANDU:Machhapuchchhre Bank has launched a video KYC service to targeting customer convenience. With the official launch of the service, new customers will be able to open an account online and operate it using video KYC.

When creating an account via video KYC, the customer does not need to visit the bank. According to the bank, Nepali individuals living in the domestic or abroad can use this service to open an account with the bank online 24 hours a day, anywhere in the globe, and activate the video KYC service.

Opening a new account can be done via online video to verify the relevant documents and identify the consumer. The bank currently offers customers the option of opening an account online, eliminating the need to visit the bank utilizing video KYC.
