United Ajod Insurance holds 30th annual general meeting

KATHMANDU:The 30th Annual General Meeting of United Ajod Insurance Company has concluded. The meeting took place on Sunday in Kathmandu.

The meeting also approved a 10.8013% dividend to shareholders, which included a 0.5401% cash dividend and a 10.2612% bonus share based on the paid-up capital of Rs 1.90 Arba.

Similarly, the assembly examined and approved the annual report for fiscal year 2079-80.

The Assembly has passed a resolution appointing an external auditor to audit the books for the current fiscal year 2080-81 and determining his remuneration.

The meeting saw the election of the company's new board of directors. Mr. Ajad Shrestha, Mr. Pranav Kumar Das, and Mr. Balram Khanal represented the founders, while Mr. Panu Datta Poudel and Mr. Shambhu Adhikari represented the general public.
