Sonapur Minerals and Oil concluded its 16th AGM

KATHMANDU:The 16th Annual General Meeting of Sonapur Minerals and Oil Limited has concluded.

The assembly approved the balance sheet of the year ending with the auditor's report, the year ended on the same date. A financial statement including profit and loss account of 2079 / 080, cash flow statement of the same period, the appointment of the auditor for the financial year, and the proposal to set his remuneration has also been approved.

Ankit Khadka and Rachna Kumari Ojha were elected unopposed as two directors representing the board of directors from the general shareholder's group.
