30th AGM of Himalayan Everest Insurance passed 15 % Dividend

KATHMANDU:Himalayan Everest Insurance has concluded its 30th Annual General Meeting. The General Assembly has passed various financial statements.

The company made 448.5 million this year. Mahendrakrishna Shrestha, Chairman of the Board of Directors, announced that a total of 15% dividend has been issued to shareholders from the same profit, including 6.37% bonus shares and 8.63% cash dividend.

In the general meeting, Chief Executive Officer Bijay Bahadur Shah stated that the company has made significant progress in dealing with numerous interruptions following the merger, and the current year's index is also encouraging.
