Panchkanya Mai Hydropower AGM concluded

KATHMANDU:The 7th and 8th Annual General Meetings of Panchkanya Mai Hydropower Limited were held successfully on the 24th of Poush 2080 in Kupondole, Lalitpur, under the presidency of Prem Bahadur Shrestha.

At the meeting, one director and one independent director representing the general shareholders (group B) were chosen.

Following the election, a new working committee was constituted by electing and nominating Sanil Pakka and Bardan Giri as independent directors on behalf of the general shareholders.

The program also included the company's income and expenditure statement, profit and loss balance sheet, annual report, and plans for future projects. The event included a lecture by the company's directors and shareholders, as well as extensive interaction between the directors and shareholders.
