Citizens Capital and United Modi Hydropower signed right issue management agreement

KATHMANDU:Citizens Capital Limited and United Modi Hydropower Limited signed an agreement regarding issue rights shares on Wednesday.

The agreement was inked by United Modi Hydropower Chairman Narendra Ballabh Pant and Citizens Capital Chief Executive Officer Sabir Bade Shrestha.

According to the agreement, the rightful shares of United Modi Hydropower Limited will be issued in the near future through Citizens Capital after the general meeting.

United Modi Hydropower's "Lower Modi-1 hydropower project" with a capacity of 10 megawatts has been operational since November 2012.
