Sashin Joshi appointed as Chairman of Board of Directors of Fonepay

KATHMANDU:Sashin Joshi has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fonepay.

On Wednesday, he was sworn in by Bam Bahadur Mishra, the Deputy Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank.

Earlier he joined the company as an independent director.

Joshi is known as a banker specializing in risk management, strategic planning, and international trade.

For more than two decades, he worked as a chief executive officer in major banking institutions of Nepal.
