JBNL Securities Limited, a subsidiary of Global IME Bank starts securities trading services

KATHMANDU:JBNL Securities Limited, a subsidiary of Global IME Bank, started to provide securities trading services on Monday, 

During a ceremony, Chandra Prasad Dhakal, Chairman of the Federation of Nepal Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Chairman of Global IME Bank, launched the company and began the securities purchasing service through TMS.

President Dhakal wished the company commercial success and stated that this company should be able to play an important role in the country's economic activities as well as the development and expansion of the securities market.

Similarly, Ratnaraj Bajracharya, the Chief Executive Officer of Global IME Bank, stated that the organization will be exemplary in its full compliance with the orders obtained from institutional governance, infrastructure, and regulatory bodies.

Surendraraj Regmi, Senior Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Global IME Bank, Deputy Chief Executive Officer Suman Pokharel, Company Secretary Bishnu Prasad Baskota, directors of the company, and other high-level bank personnel attended the occasion.

The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has licensed this company for securities dealing, and its business address is KMC  Ward No. 10 New Baneshwar Shankhamul Marg and Nepal Stock Exchange Securities Broker No. 89.
