MoU between Citizens Bank and Indreni Sweet Hotel

KATHMANDU:Citizens Bank International Limited and Indreni Sweet Hotel in Naya Baneshwar have signed a memorandum of understanding to provide special discounts to Citizens Bank customers.

Citizens Bank cardholders will receive an attractive discount of up to 10% at Indreni Sweet Hotel after signing the MoU. The bank believes that this type of collaboration will benefit customers and motivate them to switch from cash to digital transactions.

The Bank has been introducing customer-friendly features on a regular basis in order to increase the use of digital banking channels and encourage customers to make payments online.

Citizens Bank International Limited serves 16 lakh 76 thousand customers across the country through its 189 branches, 149 ATMs, and 97 branchless banking units.
