MoU between Citizens Bank and The Dwarika's Hotel

KATHMANDU:Citizens Bank International and The Dwarika's Hotel in Battisputli have signed a memorandum of understanding to provide Citizens Bank customers with special discounts.

Following the signing of the MoU, cardholders of the bank would receive a 10% discount at Mako's Restaurant and Toran Restaurant, both operated by The Dwarika's Hotel.

The bank believes that this agreement will benefit customers and push them to switch from cash to digital transactions.

The Bank has been offering customer-friendly features on a regular basis in order to expand the use of digital banking channels and encourage consumers to make payments online.

The bank has been providing modern banking services to 16 lakh 67 thousand people across the country through its 188 branches, 148 ATMs, and 97 branchless banking units.
