National Life's "Meet the CEO" program concludes

KATHMANDU:National Life Insurance has organized a dinner program program "Meet the CEO" that includes an encounter with the company's CEO for agents who have met their monthly plan.

In the presence of around 55 agents eligible for the Lumbini Province, department heads, and branch heads, the CEO delivered tokens of affection to all agents who met their targets. Furthermore, the agents who were successful in acquiring Early Qualifier Winners and Certificates of Excellence as per the scheme provisions received additional honored.

The CEO honored all of the provincially selected agents in this program, as well as those from Lumbini Province. During the function, the CEO discussed time-sensitive plans and thanked all of the agents who were chosen from Lumbini Province as part of the Meet the CEO scheme. Out of nearly 300 agents chosen from around Nepal, 55 were chosen from Lumbini Province alone.

The agents who participated in the program acknowledged their delight at having the opportunity to discuss in depth with the CEO of the company the difficulties, concerns, and areas where the company has to improve in the insurance industry. They suggested that this type of plan should be introduced in the coming days as it would be beneficial for both the agents and the company as it provides an opportunity for both the agents and the CEO to interact directly.
