Agreement between Bandipur Cable Car and Nepal SBI Merchant

KATHMANDU, Oct 05:Bandipur Cable Car and Tourism Limited and Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited reached an agreement to act as share registrar. 

Shiva Prasad Sharma, the cable car operator, and Lekhnath Pokhrel, the merchant's managing director and chief executive officer, inked the deal on Tuesday.

Along with the agreement, all work relating to the cable car's share registrar will be done through the merchant.
