Economy to become more dynamic in coming days: President Dhakal

KATHMANDU:Chandra Prasad Dhakal, President of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI), has said that the economy will become more viable in the coming days.

He said this while inaugurating the INI cinema hall of actor Deepakraj Giri and actress Deepa Shree Niraula at Naya Baneshwor in Kathmandu on Friday.

He stated that there is no place for the economy to sink much more and that it will catch up in the coming days.

According to President Dhakal, the economy will only be viable if economic activity increases. He said his view that the opening of the cinema hall will provide positive energy to the general public at a time when the economy is weakening as a result of the corona virus and the business environment is degrading.

"Thank you for the message that you have given to increase economic activity by operating the cinema hall while activity is decreasing following COVID," he remarked. When there is no public trust, the message has been delivered to some people that it will increase in the coming days. The more active the economy becomes, the more active the economy becomes. The days ahead will be better. There will never be another Detroit. The economic activity will increase in the days to come."

President Dhakal said that a clear message has been sent that if an artist works hard, he can also become the owner of a cinema hall.
