Surya Kunda Hydropower appoints Prabhu Capital as issue manager

KATHMANDU:Prabhu Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue and sales manager for Surya Kunda Hydropower Electric Limited's share offering.

Prabhu Capital has been designated as the share issue and sales manager for Surya Kunda's initial public offering to local residents and the general public.

On Wednesday, the two organizations inked an appointment agreement. Sukuntalal Hirachan, Managing Director of Surya Kunda Hydropower, and Ashish Gauchan, Chief Executive Officer of Prabhu Capital signed the agreement.
