Agreement. between Citizens Bank and Hotel Chitwan and Decode Genomics

KATHMANDU:Citizens Bank International Limited, Hotel Chitwan in Bharatpur, Chitwan, and Decode Genomics and Research Center Pvt. Ltd. in Bagbazar, Kathmandu have signed an agreement of understanding to provide exclusive discounts to Citizens Bank customers.

Citizens Bank cardholders and mobile banking users will receive a 25% discount at Hotel Chitwan and a 20% discount at Decode Genomics and Research Center after signing the MoU. The bank believes that this type of collaboration will benefit clients and inspire them to switch from cash to digital transactions.

The bank has been developing customer-friendly facilities on a regular basis in order to expand the use of digital banking channels and encourage consumers to make payments online.
