Jyoti Bikas Bank appointed NIMB Ace Capital as its share registrar.

KATHMANDU:Jyoti Bikas Bank Limited has been appointed NIMB Ace Capital Limited as its  share registrar.

Capital, which has been working as a share registrar before, has repeated. The deal was signed by Sachindra Dhungana, Deputy General Manager of NIMB Ace Capital, and Kapil Dhakal, Senior Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Jyoti Bikas Bank.

The bank anticipates that this renewal will provide shareholders with efficient and dependable share registrar services.

Both of these organizations have been working with stakeholders for several years to streamline the shareholder management process, promote transparency, and collaborate with stakeholders. According to the bank, the renewal demonstrated trust in each other's ability to offer services.
