Sunrise Capital to handle share registrar process of SKBBL

KATHMANDU: With the merger between Sana Kisan Bikas Lagubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd (SKBBL) and RMDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha, the two financial institutions have started integrated operation under Sana Kisan Bikas Lagubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. 

Following the merger process, Sunrise Capital Limited has been appointed to do all the work related to the share registrar of Sana Kisan Bikas Laguvitta Financial Sanstha Limited from now onwards.
