United Ajod Insurance appoints Nabil Investment Banking as its share registrar

KATHMANDU:Nabil Investment Banking Limited has been appointed as the share registrar of United Ajod Insurance Company. These companies have signed an agreement regarding the share registrar.

Along with this, now all the work related to the company's securities transaction, cancellation of share filing, and updating of the name list will be done by Nabil Investment Banking Limited, Narayan Chaur, Naxal.

United Insurance Company and Ajod Insurance Company launched a unified business under the name of United Ajod Insurance on Sunday, June 11.
