Flavours restaurant at Hyatt Place Kathmandu is proud to have the renowned Lucknow Gharana of the Qureshi clan's Meraj Ul Haque as a guest chef. Chef Haque has years of experience worldwide, including in the USA, UK, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Capetown, and Dhaka. He is particularly well-regarded in India and amongst Bollywood stars for his North Indian dishes and craftsmanship with kebabs.
Who is Chef Haque
Chef Haque is a celebrated figure in the culinary world. In 2009, he earned the Gold Medal for his North Indian delicacies at the 6th Chef's Award. This Delhi-based chef has become renowned for his Gosht Biryani, conjured up in many forms.
