Kumari Capital allots its Kumari Sunaulo Lagani Mutual Fund

KATHMANDU: Kumari Sunaula Lagani mutual fund scheme units have been allocated under Kumari Collective Investment Fund, which is managed by Kumari Capital Limited.

According to the proposal, Kumari Bank, the fund promoter firm, would receive 15% of the 10 million units at the cost of 10 rupees per unit, i.e. 15 million units, and 35 million units worth 35 million will be issued and sold through public issue from March 9th to March 23rd Kumari Bank Limited has been allocated 15 million units of the mutual fund, according to the statement.

A meeting was conducted at Kumari Capital Limited, Nagpokhari 1, Naxal, Kathmandu, at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Chait 29th, in the presence of invited members and representatives, to distribute the applicants received from the remainder of the general public and organizations. The units have been distributed in the manner specified. Capital also said that the applications of 22 candidates who submitted double applications had been cancelled.
