5th and 6th AGM of Sun Nepal Life Insurance held

KATHMANDU:On Wednesday, April 12th, Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited held its 5th and 6th Annual General Meetings in Kathmandu.

The annual report of the board of directors for the fiscal years 2077/078 and 2078/079, the auditor's report, containing the balance sheet for the fiscal years 2077/78 and 2078/79, profit and loss account, cash flow, and other comprehensive reports, have all been approved.

The general meeting approved the appointment of K. P. R. Associates as auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80. In addition, the proposal to revise the company's articles of association and regulations, as well as to change the address of the registered office, was approved.

Director Neetu Kayal's welcome speech, director Narayan Rugta's greeting speech and director Kiran K.C's vote of thanks were given in the general meeting.The general meeting was conducted by company secretary Vivek Kharel.
