Customers can renew their policy in a matter of seconds by downloading the IME Pay app, clicking on 'IME Life Renewal' through the IME Pay app, going to 'Pay Premium' under 'Insurance,' and entering the necessary information.

According to reports, the service was created to encourage customers to renew their insurance on time without having to physically visit the insurance office.
