Bandipur Cable Car appoints Nepal SBI Merchant Banking as issue manager

KATHMANDU:Bandipur Cable car and Tourism Ltd has appointed Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Ltd (NSMBL) as the issue and sales manager for the share issuance.

Bandipur Cable Car and Tourism Limited will issue shares to the general public. 2.580 million ordinary shares of Bandipur Cable Car and Tourism Ltd at face value per share of Rs 100.

Dev Raj Adhikari, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Ltd, and Ram Chandra Sharma, chairperson of Bandipur Cable Car and Tourism Ltd signed the appointment agreement.
