Mega Capital appointed as share registrar for BPW Laghubitta Bittiya

KATHMANDU:BPW Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd and Mega Capital Markets have agreed to handle all share registrar functions.

The agreement was signed during a program on Wednesday by Chief Executive Officer Dilip Kumar Pokharel on behalf of BPW Laghubitta Bittiya and Sulav Shrestha, Acting CEO Chief Executive Officer on behalf of Mega Capital Markets.

Giriraj Pokharel, Head of Mega Capital's Marketing Department, and Manisha Dahal, Merchant Banking Incharge, were also in attendance.

With the agreement, Mega Capital Tripureshwor, Kathmandu will now provide all functions related to keeping records of securities transactions, cancellation of share filing, naming and updating the cost of shareholders.
